By bne IntelliNews July 31, 2012
Irans oil minister Rostam Qasemi will visit Turkey next week, Turkish energy ministry officials told Reuters and AFP. Qasemis visit will take place at a time Turkey is cutting its purchases of Iranian crude oil in the face of US and EU sanctions on the Tehran regime. In July, the US exempted Turkey from Iran oil sanctions for 180 days as Turkey announced it reduced oil imports from Iran. Qasemi is expected to hold talks focused on Turkeys oil and natural gas imports from Iran, Reuters said.
