Bosnian Una-Sana Canton has called a public tender for the construction of a windpower capacity in the Bosanski Petrovac municipality, Poslovne Novosti reported. Previous studies of the windpower capacity in the region have shown that the construction of a power production facility, using this particular renewable energy source, would be feasible. Currently, the canton generates 8-10% of the regionally consumed energy.
