Poland's positive balance in the EU transfers account reached EUR 1,000mn in October of 2011, of which balance as reported in current transfers stood at EUR 22mn and in capital transfers, it stood at EUR 1,263mn, according to the data of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) At that time, Poland's contribution to the EU budget amounted to EUR 285mn while the inflow of EU funds to Poland stood at EUR 1,285mn.
