Bosnias natural gas consumption up by 18.6% y/y in Jan-Aug 2011.

Sarajevo-headquartered natural gas transportation company BH-Gas said that 184.93mn Sm3 of natural gas have been delivered to consumers in Bosnia in the first eight months of this year, ONASA news agency reported. This represents an increase by 18.6% from the same period of last year, when natural gas supply was 155.9mn Sm3. In August alone, natural gas consumption has surged by 64.5% y/y to 14.1mn Sm3. BH-Gas is engaged in natural gas imports, transportation and sales to large customers.
