Croatia's Ledo decides to retain 2011 profit.

Croatian ice cream producer Ledo said it has decided to retain the whole of its HRK 126.8mn (EUR 17.1mn) profit generated in 2011. The decision was taken at a general meeting held on August 30, 2012, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse. Ledo is the largest manufacturer of mass-produced ice-cream and the largest distributor of frozen food in Croatia. It has been part of retailer concern Agrokor since 1994.
