Croatias Dukat to make takeover bid for Slovenias Ljubljanske Mlekarne.

Croatian dairy producer Dukat said it intends to place a takeover bid for the 49.7% stake it does not yet own in Slovenian peer Ljubljanske Mlekarne. Dukats current stake of 50.3% in the Slovenian firm is divided into 2,203,433 shares, it said in a bourse filing. The bid will be published no sooner than 10 days and no later than 30 days after the current announcement of Dukats intention. There was not further information in respect to the offered price per share for Ljubljanske Mlekarne. The share capital of Ljubljanske Mlekarne amounts to EUR 18.3mn.
