Bosnia, EU launch structural dialogue on state-level judicial reform.

Bosnia and the EU launched on June 6 a structural dialogue on the state-level judicial reform, Nezavisne Novine daily reported. As recalled, the motion was negotiated last month by Serb Republics President Milorad Dodik and EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy Catherine Ashton in response to the RS Parliament's decision to call a referendum in regard tot he imposed reforms. EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fuele stated that main objective of the dialogue was the consolidation of the rule of law and the establishment of an independent, effective, impartial and accountable judicial system in the entire country.
