Albania to open embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The government will soon open an embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina , which is currently covered by the Albanian embassy in Croatia , foreign minister and deputy PM Ilir Meta announced. The state official considered this step as a clear sign of the attention that authorities pay to development of the Western Balkan state and the region as well. Meta also ensured that the cabinet will work for the improvement of the bilateral relations, especially in the field of EU integration path. As noted the two counties implemented a visa free regime as of Nov 1. Bosnia and Herzegovina is also a host nation for significant Albanian community.
