Turkey, Azerbaijan to build new natural gas pipeline.

President of the Azeri energy company Socar, Rognav Abdullayev announces that Turkey and Azerbaijan have started work on launching a new pipeline, namely Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline, to carry Azeri natural gas via Turkey. The pipeline with 16-17bn cubic meters of capacity is estimated to cost around USD 5-6bn.
