Bulgarian construction company AT Engineering 2000, which placed the sole bid in the tender for the sale of state construction company Technoexportstroy, has offered to pay price below the minimum set in the previous tender, Emil Karanikolov, executive director of the privatisation agency, said for investor.bg. The offer, which is for between BGN 50-60mn, is yet to be evaluated. AT Engineering 2000 was one of the three companies that bough tender documents but did not place bids in April. In mid-June, the privatisation agency stopped another competition due to lack of investor interest. The initial price was set at BGN 60mn (EUR 30.7mn), down from BGN 68mn at the previous auction. Technoexportstroy is headquartered in the capital city of Sofia. It provides project services, which include engineering, design, architectural and similar services; operations and maintenance services, and construction services, which include direct-hire construction and construction management services. |
