Serbian arm of Becchis Osiride launches buyout bid for Azma.

The Serbian subsidiary of Becchis Osiride, the Italian producer of bitumen based sound dampening materials and acoustic insulation, has filed a buyout bid for 5,766 shares or 28.62% in Serbian peer Azma, Becchis said in a statement with the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House. The price per share has been set at RSD 1,412. The buyout bid will be open between August 5 and August 25.
