By bne IntelliNews June 6, 2011
Revenues from closed privatisation deals reached EUR 6.1mn in 2010, newswire seebiz.eu reported quoting a report of the government on implementation of 2010 privatisation plan. The authorities managed to finalise only one privatisation deal last year - an Italian consortium bought in October the Bar-based maritime company Pomorski Poslovi, paying a total of EUR 2.15mn for the company's property. Moreover, the government sold in 2010 assets of tourist company Budvanska Rivijera and shipyard Bijela. The tenders for port operator Kontejnerski terminal i generalni tereti, railway company Montecargo, insolvent agricultural firm Montepranzo-Bokaprodukt, and national flag carrier Montenegro Airlines were unsuccessful.
