Macedonia offers for sale land for two farm product purchasing centres.

Macedonias transport ministry has put up for sale two plots of state-owned construction land intended for building purchasing and distribution centres for agricultural products, a release on the ministrys website informs. Both plots will be sold through electronic public bidding. One of the plots is located in Valandovo municipality and has a total area of 77,981 sqm. The starting price is set at MKD 110 (EUR 1.8) per sqm. Those interested in bidding should register by July 23. The public bidding will take place on July 31. The other plot is located in Resen municipality and has a total area of 61,433 sqm. The starting price is set at MKD 61 per sqm. Those interested in bidding should register by August 15. The public bidding will take place on August 27.
