Swedish Keystone Advisers entered Lithuanian M&A market. The company has offices in Tallinn, Riga, and Stockholm. Karolis Rukas, former head of corporate finance at Orion Securities, has become the partner of the company. Rukas indicated that expansion to Lithuania has been a logical step allowing the company to have a full spectrum of services in the Baltic States. Keystone Advisers has been founded in 2000, and it indicates that it has performed more than 110 projects since the inception. |
