AAA Auto reports 13% y/y increase in used car sales in Slovakia last year.

Used car dealer AAA Auto reported a 13% annual increase in used car sales in Slovakia last year, according to a press release on the companys web-site. In Q4 2010 alone the number of vehicles sold in Slovakia reached 2,897, up 45% y/y. AAA Auto commented that sales recovered in May and since then they had been growing steadily. The company attributes the good result to acceleration in economic growth which translated in growing sales. AAA Auto operates subsidiaries networks in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
