Tel Aviv has been hit by Iranian missiles late on June 13, following Israeli strikes on Iran throughout the day with at least 21 people killed, according to local police.

More than 250 Iranian ballistic missiles were fired at Israel in two barrages, with the majority intercepted by Israel's Iron Dome system, according to Israeli reports.

Sirens sounded across Israel following the missile launches, with explosion sounds heard in Jerusalem and reports of impacts in the Tel Aviv area. A missile interceptor fragment fell in the Hebron area after a launch from Yemen.

Israeli Home Front Command instructed residents across the country to remain near protected areas. The IDF reported that a missile fired from Yemen fell in the Hebron area without interceptors being launched.

Israeli strikes in Iran continued with explosions reported in Tehran, Parchin, Qom and Tabriz. Israel began calling up reservists to various combat sectors across the country.

Israel launched "Operation Am Kelavia" against Iran, targeting Iranian nuclear facilities. Home Front Command updated public guidelines following the operation, including bans on educational activities, gatherings, and workplaces except essential services.

The IDF spokesperson revealed that Israeli Air Force fighter jets completed strikes on an Iranian nuclear facility in the Isfahan area, targeting a site conducting uranium "reconversion" processes. The strikes destroyed a metallic uranium production building, uranium enrichment conversion infrastructure, laboratories and additional facilities.

Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei responded: "The armed forces will act with force and bring the despicable Zionist regime to poverty and weakness. The Zionist regime will not emerge unharmed from this crime."

US reports indicated that Quds Force commander Esmail Qaani was eliminated in the Israeli strikes. Earlier reports suggested that Revolutionary Guards air defence commander Davood Sheikhian was also killed.

Iranian authorities earlier reported 18 deaths and 35 wounded in Tabriz, whilst the Iranian Army claimed to have hit two Israeli fighter jets with air defence missiles during the engagements.
