Bloomberg: Russia 48th Best Place for Business.

Bloomberg compiled a Best Place for Business rating of 50 countries in which Russia took 48th place with 36.1% on a 0% to 100% scale. The rating is compiled across six categories: costs of establishing a business, labour and costs of sales, degree of economic integration, losses due to inflation and corruption, development of the consumption base, including the middle class share, household consumption and GDP per capita. The rating is topped by Honk-Kong with 49%, Netherlands with 48.3% and USA with 46.9%. Russia is followed by Brazil and India with 35.5% and 35.9%, respectively. In World Bank's Doing Business rating Russia is taking a 120th position out of 183 states.
