US-based digital transformation firm Marlabs has acquired Swiss-Bulgarian IT engineering company INDEAVR, Marlabs announced on its website on August 6.
The acquisition will allow Marlabs to deepen its service offerings in sectors including energy, pharmaceuticals and industrial engineering, the company's press release said. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
INDEAVR, headquartered in Sofia with an additional office in Geneva, will retain its operational autonomy following the deal. Its current management, including founders Stoyan and Valcho Tsvetkovi, will remain in place.
Founded in 2005, INDEAVR employs over 200 engineers and has built a reputation for disciplined growth and high-quality enterprise delivery. The company serves multinational clients in life sciences, consumer goods and specialty chemicals, among other industries.
Marlabs CEO Tom Collins said the acquisition is an important part of the company’s global growth strategy.
“[INDEAVR's] innovative solutions and talented team’s forward-thinking approach align well with our mission to deliver sustainable value and positive impact for our clients. Together, we will deliver even greater value to our customers and stakeholders through future-ready digital foundations," Collins said.
The move follows a series of acquisitions by Marlabs aimed at expanding its global footprint. The company previously acquired Brazil-based Monitora Soluções Tecnológicas in 2023 and US-based Onebridge in early 2024.
Based in New Jersey, Marlabs delivers AI-driven digital transformation solutions to Fortune 500 clients worldwide.
