Philip Morris Ukraine posts net profit of UAH 1.1bn (USD 0.14bn) in 2011.

In 2011, the Philip Morris Ukraine has posted net profit of UAH 1.1bn (USD 0.14bn) for 2011. As of late 2011, assets of the company made up UAH 2.3bn, current liabilities UAH 1.1mn. Total accounts receivable made up UAH 629.3mn. The company finished 2010 with net profit of UAH 1.083bn. Philip Morris Ukraine production facilities are located at a tobacco factory in Kharkiv region. In February, the cigarettes production rose by 25.6% y/y and by 59.2% m/m to 7.1bn pieces. In Jan-Feb, output of cigarettes increased by 9.8% y/y to 11.551bn pieces. There are 15 enterprises producing tobacco goods in the Ukrainian market.
