UniCredit wants to expand in Turkey.

CEO of Italys largest bank UniCredit, Federico Ghizzoni, said that the bank wants to continue to grow in Turkey and he reiterated that the lender had no plans to sell its stake in local Yapi Kredi. UniCredit holds a 50% stake in Koc Financial Services which owns 81.8% of local lender Yapi Kredi. Koc Group owns the remaining 50% stake in Koc Financial Services.
