The European Commission, on behalf of and for the account of Montenegro has called a tender for contracting energy-efficiency consultancy services, according to a procurement notice published in the European Union's tenders electronic daily (TED). The purpose of the contract is to contribute to further energy reforms in Montenegro through the development and enforcement of relevant regulatory framework with focus on the transport sector. The project will be financed from the EU's IPA programme and will have a maximum budget of EUR 800,000. |
