EE: Estonia ranks 34th in Human Development Index.

United Nations Human Development Index ranks Estonia 34th in 2013, same positions as in 2011. Lithuania ranked 41st in the report down by one position comparing to last report. Latvia ranked 44th, down by one position. Estonia was ranked above Slovakia, Qatar and Hungary, but below Cyprus, Malta, and Andorra. Lithuania was above United Arab Emirates, Portugal, and Latvia, but below Barbados, Poland, and Chile. Latvia was behind Portugal, but above Argentina.
