Croatia inaugurates two malls in Zagreb, Osijek.

Croatia inaugurated two malls in Zagreb and Osijek on April 7, HINA news agency reported. The EUR 108mn commercial and residential complex Cvjetni was built by domestic property developer Hoto Group. The complex accommodates 50 shops and employs 715. Polish property developer GTC also opened a EUR 60mn Avenue mall in Osijek, eastern Croatia. The mall accommodates over 70 stores on an area of 26,000 square meters.
