EBRD lend EUR 13.5mn for Serbian real estate project of Israel's Fishman Group.

EBRD will provide EUR 13.5mn for the construction of a retail park in Belgrade, the Bank said in a statement. The project will be implemented by Jelmil and Konzulpro - special purpose vehicle indirectly owned by Jerusalem Economy and Industrial Buildings Corporation, both members of Israeli real estate company Fishman group. The new retail park with a total space of 15,309 square metres is expected to attract well-known brands, some of which new for Serbia, the statement said. The EBRD has previously unvested in the construction of modern shopping centers in Macedonia's capital Skopje, as well as in the town of Split in the south part of Croatia.
