Hungary's investment funds had aggregate assets of HUF 3.543tn (EUR 12.19bn) as of end-January 2013, up by 3.8% m/m, MTI news agency reported citing data from the association of investment funds and asset management companies BAMOSZ. Assets of share funds rose 1.9% m/m to HUF 260.5bn and bond funds' assets reached HUF 427.6bn. Assets of financial market funds were 3.5% higher on the month at HUF 1,417bn as they drew fresh funds of HUF 42bn in January. Assets of share funds grew 1.9% m/m to HUF 260.5bn. By contrast, assets of open property funds declined by 1.7% m/m to HUF 353.7bn and assets of closed funds fell 1.4% m/m to HUF 203bn. |
