Ukraine to cooperate with Turkmenistan in oil, gas industry.

Ukraine is interested in the resumption of large-scale cooperation with Turkmenistan in the oil and gas sector, President Viktor Yanukovych said during the Ukrainian-Turkmen talks in Ashgabat. Particular emphasis was placed on strengthening cooperation in the field of complex technological modernization of the oil and gas industry. The Turkmen side has expressed readiness to cooperate with Ukrainian specialists in the creation of a national merchant marine fleet, as well as the development of port-service infrastructure.
