The Czech Republic reported its first three cases of people infected with the coronavirus. Two people were hospitalized in Prague's Na Bulovce Hospital and one in the Masaryk Hospital in Usti nad Labem, the Minister of Health Adam Vojtech (ANO) announced the company suspended direct flights between Prague and Seoul, South Korea.

Czech bus and railway operator RegioJet has announced that it will not operate bus connections from Prague to Rome and Milan from the end of the week until further notice.

According to the number of Czech phones roaming abroad, there were 23,900 Czech citizens staying over the weekend in Italy, 400 in China, 420 in South Korea, 250 in Singapore, 390 in Japan and 64 in Iran, the Czech News Agency reported.
