Securities held for monetary policy purposes increased by EUR 23.7mn m/m and stood at EUR 366mn as of end-Q1. Other securities declined by EUR 1.8mn q/q and stood at EUR 198.2mn. Other claims on euro area credit institutions amounted to EUR 9.9mn as of end-Q1, up by EUR 2.2mn q/q.
