EE: Alstom Estonia wins EUR 16.6mn contract.

Estonian company Alstom Estonia has won an EUR 16.6mn contract for construction of Eesti Energias Narva power plant. The scope of the projects is design and engineering of the new oil shale thermal power plant and construction of required facilities to make the power plant compatible with bio-fuel. The contract was won according to the rules of the Government Procurement Act, the project is financed by Eesti Energia, which is the state-owned energy company in Estonia.
