Bosnia's trade deficit grew by 11.4% y/y to KM 2.592bn (EUR 1.5bn)in January-May, the statistics office reported. The five-month exports surged by 23% y/y to KM 3.368bn, while imports rose by 17.7% y/y to KM 5.96bn. In May alone, the trade gap increased by 3.4% to KM 591.5 after rising by 7.9% y/y in April. The exports widened by 14.4% y/y to KM 690.3mn, while the imports rose by 9.1% y/y to KM 1.282bn. |
