Kazakhstan and Afghanistan discuss cooperation.

Afghan deputy foreign minister Jawed Ludin discussed with Kazakh foreign minister Yerlan Idrisov fight against terrorism. He noted that terrorism is a regional problem and a regional approach is needed to solve the issue. The parties also discussed the issues of security and stability in Afghanistan after 2014, when the international security forces will leave the country. The question of bringing Kazakh peacekeeping forces to Afghanistan was not discussed. The parties also talked about economic cooperation.
