Standard and Poors revised Estonia's credit rating outlook to Positive from Stable, while affirming the rating at A. Agency noted an impressive economic recovery and growth of exports, reflecting fexibility and competitiveness. S&P's also welcomes the fact that economic growth is no longer fulled by excessive inflow of foreing capital, as was characteristic of the previous decade.
