A private company headquartered in Liechtenstein has become the new owner of 100% of the business shares in DC North, one of the most modern and largest data centres in Croatia, replacing Cratis and Muraplast as shareholders, according to the court registry of the Varaždin Commercial Court. 

The acquisition comes as demand for data centre capacity continues to rise across Europe, driven by cloud computing, digital transformation projects and growing requirements for secure data storage and processing.

DC North is a Tier III certified data centre operator located in Brezje, Varaždin. As a neutral data centre service provider, it was founded in 2022 with the goal of hosting critical digital infrastructure for customers who require the highest level of availability, security, and service accessibility in a certified environment powered exclusively by renowned global data centre equipment manufacturers.

The new owner of DC North, headquartered in Liechtenstein, invests in and acquires companies in the technology, software, financial technology, and digital infrastructure sectors, with a focus on long-term growth and value creation.
