Bulgaria supports the EU integration of Montenegro.

Bulgaria will continue to support Montenegro's integration to the EU and NATO, Bulgarian prime minister Boyko Borisov said during his official visit to Montenegro, Focus news agency reported. Borisov emphasized the need to enhance the economic cooperation between the two countries. Specifically, he pointed out that a direct airline between Podgorica and Sofia would facilitate the development of tourism. Borisov also expressed confidence that the two countries will work towards strengthening of the bilateral cooperation in the fight against corruption and organised crime.
