Estonian Roads Administration has signed a EUR 27.2mn contract with a consortium of road construction companies Lemminkainen Eesti, TREF, and Teede REV-2, for the finishing of construction of the Parnu circular. The project has to be implemented by October 2012. Latvian companies Binders and Arcers with Merko have been participating in the tender, yet the companies were not granted the project. The new consortium will have to build 5.6 kilometers four-lane road stretch to complete the circular. |
