Serbia recalls ambassador from Montenegro.

Serbia recalled its ambassador from neighbouring Montenegro on Jan 15 after the country decided to establish diplomatic relations with Kosovo.  Montenegro recognised Kosovo's independence over a year ago. The latest decision of the Montenegrin government strained its relations with Serbia . Serbia and Montenegro formed a state until 2006 when Montenegro became independent. Kosovo has been recognised by more than 60 countries since it announced its independence in 2008.
