Rothschild & Co offers to assist Uzbek oil and gas companies with IPOs

Uzbek Energy Minister Alisher Sultanov held talks with the managing director of Rothschild & Co after which he said that the experience of the independent financial advisory group in implementing major investment projects, as well as in supporting privatisation processes, was of interest to the energy industry of Uzbekistan.

The managing director, Arielle Malard de Rothschild, underlined the significant international experience of her company in providing consulting services for renewable energy projects, as well as in issuing bonds, transforming large companies and conducting initial public offerings (IPOs).

Rothschild & Co affirmed its readiness to provide Uzbek oil and gas companies with assistance in conducting IPOs.
