By bne IntelliNews March 28, 2011
The country will place a EUR 180mn Eurobond issue in early-April 2011, finance minister Milorad Katnic announced, as quoted by Mina news agency. The minister noted that all the necessary documentation has already been prepared. We recall that the government had earlier selected JP Morgan and HSBC as lead managers in the planned issue. Legal advisor is London-based company Linklaters LLP. Montenegro placed a EUR 200mn Eurobond issue last year, which enjoyed high interest as the demand exceeded over threefold the offered amount.
