Main products exported from Kyrgyzstan were fruits, vegetables, dairy products, corrugated packaging, glow-lamps and cars, while products most often exported by Kazakhstan were grain, oil products, coal, cigarettes and ferrous metals. In 2010 the amount of direct investments from Astana to Bishkek reached USD 8.9mn, while in 2009 this index exceeded USD 213mn.
