IT companies Romsys and IBM win EUR 9mn contracts with Romanian Post.

Local provider of IT solutions and services Romsys was granted a contract to provide maintenance and repair services for the IT&C equipment belonging to the Romanian Post, according to Romania's electronic public procurement system e-licitatie.ro. The contract is worth RON 29.4mn (EUR 6.9mn) net of VAT and was granted in June. The same month, IT&C firm IBM was also awarded a contract with the Romanian Post, to provide consultancy services as regarding software integration for the amount of EUR 2.3mn, net of VAT, according to the above-mentioned source.
