Statoil Estonia announced that Tallinn Fuel & Retail Group Financial Centre is to be established in Estonia, which will provide financial services and manage group's liquidity position. Klaus Anders Nysteen, head of the financial centre, said that Estonia was chosen due to good level of financial and IT infrastructure, as well as good business climate and favourable tax policy. EUR 270mn are transferred to the financial centre, which will be used to manage the company's financial position in all 8 countries Statoil operates. |
