Harmonised industrial producer prices in Poland were down by 0.2% on the month in February of 2014 and they declined by 1.4% in annual terms, according to the data of EU's stats office Eurostat. In the entire EU28, they inched down by 0.2% on the month and fell by 1.6% y/y, respectively.
According to previously-published data by national stats office GUS, producer prices were down by 0.1% in monthly terms and were down by 1.4% in annual terms in February of 2014 (and were down by 1.3% in the entire 2013).
The Eurostat-measured index of producer prices shows (in the national currency of the country concerned) changes in the ex-works sale prices of all products sold on the domestic markets of the various countries, excluding imports.
