USA supports nuclear fuel bank in Kazakhstan.

The USA support Kazakhstans initiative to establish a nuclear fuel bank on its territory under the auspices of IAEA. According to the Kazakh Foreign Ministry, the support was voiced by Gary Samore, the Special Assistant to the U.S. President and White House WMD Proliferation/Terrorism Coordinator. To remind you, Kazakhstan raised the initiative in 2009 while in April last year, Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev repeated the idea on the global security summit in Washington. Presently, there is a discussion where to locate the nuclear fuel bank.
