Slovenian oil company Petrol is in final talks to acquire four petrol stations in Montenegro from domestic peer Europact, TV broadcaster RTCG reported. Europact's owner Nreka Gojcaj was cited as saying that the talks were at their final stage, but refused to elaborate on the details. The four petrol stations are located in Bijelo Polje, Danilovgrad, Hercegovina and Budva. The Slovenian company considers buying petrol stations on several locations throughout Montenegro, as part of its expansion strategy, the company said in a statement. |
