Over 21% of Kazakhstans population use Internet.

Over 21% of Kazakhstans population are active Internet users, minister for communications and information Askar Zhumagaliyev has stated. The number of Internet users exceeded 3.5mn people. Residents of the cities who are Internet users account for 37% compared to 25% in 2009. However, only 10% of the rural population use the Internet. To remind you, Kazakhstans population exceeds 16mn people.
