Montenegro introduced a one-stop shop model for establishment of companies, finance ministry announced as quoted by Mina news agency. New businesses can be court and tax registered and receive VAT, excise and customs number all at one place at the Central Registry of the Commercial Court. The statement elaborates that the one-stop shop registration would soon be possible at the regional units of the tax administration. The government expects that the measure will have significant impact on the business environment and investment climate, triggering rapid expansion of the economic activities. |
