Korean Kia Motors, Samsung to expand production in Slovakia.

Korean car maker Kia Motors and electronics producer Samsung plan to expand their production in Slovakia , economy minister Lubomir Jahnatek said after talks with Korean ambassador to Slovakia , Seok-soong Seo. He added that the Korean side expressed satisfaction with the strong state support, provided to its investors. No details were provided on the specific parameters of the planned expansion of Kia Motors and Samsung, which are among the largest investors in the country. Samsung is the largest exporting company in Slovakia and is operating a local TV sets production plant while Kia Motors has invested in a car and engine production facility.
