Kazakhstan ratifies agreement on legal assistance with UAE.

Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev signed a law ,,On ratifying the agreement between Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates on providing legal assistance in the sphere of civil and commercial issues". The agreement was signed din March 2009. The document provides provision of mutual legal assistance between Kazakhstan and the UAE to individuals and legal entities on civil issues, on implementation of court decision and transfer of document. Significantly, cooperation between Kazakhstan and the UAE is rapidly developing in past year. Thus, broadening of legal base between the two countries is a logical step.
