Investments in fixed capital in Kazakhstan up by 3.1% y/y in H1.

In H1, the investments in fixed capital in Kazakhstan rose by 3.1% y/y and amounted to KZT 2.03tn, the Kazakh Statistics Agency has reported. Short-term economic indicator for H1 rose by 3.8% y/y. Calculation of short-term economic indicator is to ensure efficiency and is based on the changes in the indices of production in basic industries: agriculture, industry, construction, trade, transport and communications, which make up 67-68% of GDP.
