Inevst Banka Montenegro completes recapitalization.

Montenegrin Invest Banka Montenegro has performed a recapitalization of its common (ticker: INBA) and preferred (ticker: INVE) shares, according to a note posted on the website of the Montenegro Stock Exchange. After the operation the bank's capital is divided into 120,855 common and 28,315 preferred shares each with a nominal of EUR 51.1292. Thus, the total capital of Invest banka amounts to EUR 7.63mn. The last available quote of the common shares on the MSE is at EUR 66.99.
